It’s a pretty big deal that I’m blogging, I’m usually super unorganised and ultra lazy when it comes to writing down the methods to the wonders I concoct, usually by complete accident. Bare with me while I tame the ideas I have on to a plate.
I became vegetarian in my teens and wandered in and out of eating less meat, just fish, then around 18 months ago, I decided it was time to make a change and move permanently into a plant-based lifestyle.I’d already been completely honest with myself about the cruelty to animals and had also noticed my yoyo-ing weight was not quite coming down as fast as it was going up anymore. I had problems.
I ensure all of my meals not only fill me up but are packed full of vitamins and minerals to keep me super healthy. Yes, I have had my fair share of odd questions, repetitive questions, nutritional questions and of course, the usual statement “I don’t know how you don’t eat me, I couldn’t live without it.”
It is also really important to make sure that no matter where I am in the world when travelling my diet is consistent and affordable. That’s why I wanted to share my ideas with others. I decided to start this blog for the sole purpose of sharing some vegan knowledge and allowing readers to understand that there really is a wonderful, delicious, abundant world of food that does not harm our animals.
